About

I started building because I never really had the team to do the work. So I built the team myself.
Most things start the same way: I need something, the existing version is annoying, too slow or does not quite fit, and I would rather make it than keep working around it. If it makes my life easier, I try to make it useful enough to help the people around me too.
I build the missing team.
Building started as a practical answer to not having enough people around to make every idea happen. Code, AI and good tooling became a way to create leverage without waiting for the perfect setup.
Useful first. Impressive second.
I like tools that remove friction, make a decision clearer or give me back time. The best ones become useful outside my own workflow without losing the reason they existed.
I pay attention to what just changed.
New releases, new models, new interfaces and new capabilities interest me a lot. AI especially moves quickly enough that the useful question keeps changing: what can we build now that was not realistic six months ago?
